the course
The start and finish of all races are on the fine grassy fields of Loburn Domain. Teams of 2, 6, or 8 complete one long gentle V shaped loop firstly running northwest before running southeast toward Ashley then northeast followed by southeast and finally northwest again to the finish. For those performing the Waimak (8 person relay), there is another equal lap following the same directions as the first loop.
