Entry Process for community teams
Lets make this easy for you

Entering the relay is much easier if you have all the required information to hand. So we thought it would be helpful to let you know what is needed before you start.
Please remember that this is not for an individual but for a team (maybe even 8 of you) so it will take longer than a typical single entry. That is why its really helpful to have the team details available first before starting the entry process.
Entries for these events must be received by 9pm Monday, 18th September, 2023. There are no late entries accepted and remember you will be able to change details at the race briefing meeting.
For all teams, you will need:
Team name (why not make it a memorable one)
Team leader, captain or representative (normally the lucky person filling in the team entry form)
Full contact details of the team leader (email address and phone number)
Full name of each runner (first name, surname)
The lap each team member is running (we help by reminding you of the lap distance in the entry form).
Age of each runner in years and date of birth (DoB). We need that for grading results.
A guesstimated total team running time. This combines all the estimated lap times. Probably more than 4 hrs for 68k (8 person & 2 person distance) but should be no more than the 7hr 30min cutoff time (8am earliest start; 3:30 course close). For the 6 person (39k distance), there is no cutoff but we need a time so we can start you at the right time.
An estimated full marathon time for the 2-person relay runners respectively (each person will be running 34k including hills).
